Key Responsibilities
Create a welcoming, engaging, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment.
Implement age-appropriate lesson plans and learning experiences using The Learning Experience's L.E.A.P. Curriculum®.
Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, language, and physical development.
Foster a safe, nurturing environment where children feel valued, supported, and encouraged to learn.
Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow educators.
Communicate regularly with families about children's progress and daily experiences.
Collaborate with center leadership and team members to provide a high-quality educational experience.
Maintain a clean, organized classroom and ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing requirements.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required.
Associate's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 6 months of professional childcare or teaching experience required.
Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
Passion for early childhood education and helping children reach developmental milestones.
Ability to meet all applicable state licensing requirements.
