We’re hiring Preschool / Early Childhood Teachers to join our growing team in Riverview. Responsibilities:

Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment

Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P.® curriculum in fun, developmentally appropriate ways

Support children’s social, emotional, and academic development

Build positive relationships with children, families, and teammates

Communicate regularly with parents via our app and in person

Maintain classroom cleanliness, organization, and daily routines

Follow all Florida licensing, health, and safety requirements

Work collaboratively with your classroom team and leadership

Supervise children at all times and ensure proper ratios are maintained

Qualifications:

A genuine passion for early childhood education

1- 3 Years of professional teaching experience (3+ year preferred)

High school diploma/GED required (Associate’s in ECE or related field preferred)

CDA (Child Development Associate) credential preferred

Strong communication, teamwork, and classroom management skills

Reliable, punctual, and professional

Ability to meet all Florida licensing requirements, including background screening and required trainings

Physical & Work Requirements

Ability to lift, carry, and move children (up to approximately 40–50 lbs)

Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and move quickly throughout the day

Ability to engage with children at their level, including floor activities, for extended periods

Ability to work both indoors and outdoors during scheduled activities
