Pay: $16.00 to $19.00 per hour Location: Spring Hill, TN Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM

The Learning Experience in Spring Hill is seeking an enthusiastic and dependable Preschool Teacher to guide children as they learn, grow, and build confidence in a structured and nurturing classroom environment.

What You Will Do

Create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom environment

Support social, emotional, cognitive, and motor development

Implement daily lesson plans and structured learning activities

Maintain classroom organization and licensing standards

Build strong relationships with families and team members

Requirements

High school diploma required

Completion of state required ECE training

Experience in preschool or early childhood education preferred

Strong classroom management skills

Reliable, positive, and team oriented attitude
