    Position Overview: We are seeking an energetic, compassionate, and creative Preschool Teacher to join our growing team. The ideal candidate values play-based learning, gentle guidance, and creating an environment where each child is seen, known, and loved.

    Responsibilities:

    Develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences aligned with Arkansas CEDELS standards and the Reggio approach

    Foster a warm, inclusive, and faith-centered classroom community

    Observe, document, and support each child’s social, emotional, and cognitive growth

    Communicate openly and positively with families and colleagues

    Collaborate with co-teachers and leadership to maintain a high-quality learning environment

    Qualifications:

    Minimum 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent (CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education preferred)

    Prior experience in a preschool or early learning setting preferred

    Strong communication skills and passion for working with young children

    Must meet state licensing requirements (background checks, TB test, etc.)
