Position Overview: We are seeking an bubbly, energetic, compassionate, and creative Preschool Teacher to join our growing team. The ideal candidate values play-based learning, gentle guidance, and creating an environment where each child is seen, known, and loved. The ideal candidate must be willing to teach Bible studies daily and assist children in walking out their Christian faith daily. Candidates must have a professional appearance daily.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences aligned with Arkansas CEDELS standards and the Reggio approach
Foster a warm, inclusive, and faith-centered classroom community
Foster a child's developing Christian faith through Bible instruction and encouragement of the Christian faith
Observe, document, and support each child’s social, emotional, and cognitive growth
Communicate openly and positively with families and colleagues
Collaborate with co-teachers and leadership to maintain a high-quality learning environment
Qualifications:
Minimum 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent (CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education preferred)
Prior experience in a preschool or early learning setting preferred
Strong communication skills and passion for working with young children
Must meet state licensing requirements (background checks, TB test, etc.)
Must dress professionally
