    Position Overview: We are seeking a bubbly, energetic, compassionate, and creative Preschool Teacher to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is intentional with classroom development. The ideal candidate is highly professional, engaged and growth minded.

    The ideal candidate values play-based learning, gentle guidance, and creating an environment where each child is seen, known, and loved. The ideal candidate must be willing to teach Bible studies daily and assist children in walking out their Christian faith daily. Candidates must have a professional appearance daily.

    Responsibilities:

    Design and implement engaging, age-appropriate experiences aligned with Arkansas CEDELS and Reggio-inspired practices

    Foster a warm, structured, and faith-centered classroom environment

    Lead daily Bible instruction and model Christian values in action

    Observe, document, and support each child’s development

    Communicate clearly and professionally with families and team members

    Qualifications:

    Minimum 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent (CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education preferred)

    Prior experience in a preschool or early learning setting preferred

    Strong communication skills and passion for working with young children

    Must meet state licensing requirements (background checks, TB test, etc.)

    Must dress professionally

    Reliable, professional, and consistent in attendance, dress and performance

    Experience in early childhood education preferred (CDA or degree a plus)

    Strong communication skills and a reflective, growth-oriented mindset

    Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and professional classroom
