    Join our vibrant early childhood education team as a Lead Toddler/ preschool Teacher or Teacher Assistant, where your enthusiasm and dedication will inspire young learners during their most formative years. In this role, you will create a nurturing, engaging environment that promotes development, curiosity, and joy. Whether leading classroom activities or supporting the lead teacher, your energy and commitment will help shape positive early childhood experiences. Minimum qualification is having 12 ECE units for TA or 24 ECE units for lead teacher plus one year experience in childcare. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children’s lives while advancing your career in childcare and education.     Responsibilities

    Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum activities that foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development for toddlers and infants

    Provide attentive care to children, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being at all times

    Support classroom management by maintaining a structured, positive environment that encourages learning and exploration

    Assist with daily routines such as diapering, feeding, nap times, and hygiene practices in accordance with health and safety standards

    Collaborate with team members to observe and document developmental milestones and behavioral progress

    Communicate effectively with parents or guardians about their child's growth, needs, and daily experiences

    Uphold all licensing regulations, safety protocols, and best practices related to early childhood education and caregiving

    Experience and Qualifications

    Prior experience working with young children in a daycare, preschool, or similar setting.

    Min. of AA degree in early childhood education for lead teacher position or 12 ECE units for Teacher assistant.

    Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in early childhood education.

    Experience with classroom management techniques that promote positive behavior and engagement

    Certification in first aid and CPR is desirable; ongoing training in special education or working with individuals with disabilities is a plus

    Experience with itoddler care strategies, and caregiving responsibilities in early childhood environments

    Must LOVE working with Babies through 5 years old children

    Strong communication skills for collaborating with team members and engaging families
