About the Role:
As a Lead Preschool/Toddler Teacher, you’ll:
Create a nurturing, safe classroom environment for children ages 1–5.
Deliver lessons from our exclusive Balanced Learning® curriculum (training provided).
Foster trusted relationships with families and coworkers.
Help children develop critical early life skills—emotionally, socially, and cognitively.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
North Carolina Early Childhood Credential (NCECC) or equivalent
1+ year of early childhood experience (required)
Excellent classroom management and communication skills
Able to reliably commute or relocate to Chapel Hill, NC 27516

Schedule: 8-hour shifts | Monday–Friday | No weekends
Expected hours: 30–40 per week
