Responsibilities

Create and maintain a safe, healthy, and nurturing classroom environment

Support each child’s social and emotional development

Build positive and effective relationships with families

Collaborate with co-teachers and school staff

Qualifications

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred)

CDA (Child Development Associate) preferred

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compassionate, dependable, and adaptable

Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle situations professionally

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed for child safety and program facilitation
