Accounting Assistant/Bookkeeper - 5-10 hrs/week

Nationwide construction related company headquartered in South Pasadena, Florida is seeking an individual to assist our Controller with accounting/bookkeeping activities. 2-3 hrs per day for 2 or 3 times per week - flexible schedule. Responsibilities: -Review and gather data to calculate billing related forms -Gather receipts and prepare credit card summary worksheets -Input customer order estimates -Update accounts receivable and accounts payable records -Post customer payments -Filing -Special projects as needed Requirements: -Microsoft Office Applications - Outlook, Word & Excel -QuickBooks a plus
