    Presh Marketing Solutions is seeking a social media specialist to grow our clients' followers, engage and retain them, and convert them into leads, customers, and active fans and promoters of our clients' businesses. You should have command of best practices and trends in social media marketing, enjoy and understand the creative process, and possess extensive knowledge of how to build and convert a digital audience. 

    Must have a strong understanding of storytelling through the use of video and photography and a mastery of the technology necessary to produce high-quality videos and photos, as well as a strong understanding of ‘Short Form' for Social Media application versus ‘Long Form' for higher production needs (commercials, etc).

    You should be able to work in a team environment and independently while managing projects from beginning to end. Must be willing to work some nights and weekends as some assignments require travel.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Build and manage the company's social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and potentially additional channels
    • Develop a B2B social media strategy that focuses on identifying and engaging with specific persona types, often at an account level
    • Listen and engage in relevant social discussion about our clients, their competitors, and/or industry, both from their existing customers and leads from brand new prospects that know yet know us
    • Ability to design, build, implement, and monitor social ad campaigns through Facebook Ad Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
    • Run regular social promotions and campaigns and track their success, ranging from Twitter charts, to LinkedIn conversations, as well as the content and links posted through these and other channels
    • Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from our social network presence
    • Explore new ways to engage and new social networks to reach our target buyers
    • Manage content/editorial calendar designed on a per client basis
    • Serve as main videographer and photographer for external and internal projects
    • Create shareable content appropriate for specific networks
    • Conceptualize and execute a video on a specific subject, with speed and accuracy
    • Must know how to shoot studio photography as well as “live-action” photography
    • Be proficient with high-definition video equipment, digital photography and digital audio recorders
    • Comprehensive understanding of video for social media, the importance of speed and being first out the gate is critical to this role
    • Edit video and still photography and be confident in use of professional software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Final Cut Pro, After-Effect, Premier and Premier Rush
    • Upload optimized video and photographs to all social media platforms

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Active and well-rounded personal presence on social media, with a command of each network and their best practices
    • Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions
    • Thorough understanding of Facebook Ad Manager, Instagram stories and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
    • Bonus experience and skills in Adobe Creative Suite, demand generation marketing, inbound marketing, and blogging
    • Demonstrated ability to tell compelling visual stories in all media
    • ShowReel/examples of previous projects
    • Command of a variety of digital equipment
    • General knowledge of marketing best practices
