    We are seeking a President for our client in the specialty construction industry to lead a Phoenix-based operation. The company has annual revenues of $70-80M and excellent profitability.

    About the Role:
    This is a strategic opportunity for an experienced executive to champion growth initiatives and lead a market-dominant, highly profitable business. Working closely with the current CEO, you will focus on operational optimization, workforce planning, and identifying new growth opportunities. Areas for growth include expanding existing market share, new office development, and potential service line extensions.

    The ideal candidate will be a strategic and operationally-focused executive with experience in specialty construction or adjacent residential services. They should have a track record of scaling businesses and developing teams that can grow with the organization. This is an opportunity to lead a high-performing organization through its next phase of growth—bringing structure, clarity, and vision to a business with a strong foundation and a deeply loyal team. You’ll shape strategy, expand services, and elevate operational excellence while building something that lasts.

    What the President Will Be Responsible For:

    • Creating and executing a comprehensive plan to position the company for long-term growth
    • Developing a robust succession plan for the sales team and construction operations
    • Driving optimization, improving underperforming areas, and targeting new growth locations
    • Evaluating and potentially implementing new business lines
    • Establishing processes and structures that make the business less dependent on current CEO
    • Developing innovative strategies to expand beyond current market limitations while maintaining industry-leading market share
    • Creating necessary roles and organizational structure to support sustainable growth
    • Implementing systems and processes to strengthen the organization's foundation
    • Evaluating geographic expansion opportunities as Phoenix continues to grow
    • Supporting evaluation of potential tuck in acquisitions in Phoenix and surrounding areas

    Desired Skillset to Apply:

    Hard Skills:

    • Experience in specialty construction (customer-facing residential)
    • Experience growing a business between $75M-$250M
    • Track record of developing high-performing teams
    • Strong expertise in strategy and operations
    • Experience with procurement and vendor negotiation
    • Strong financial acumen
    • Experience identifying and integrating add-on acquisitions and platform buildout (preferred)
    • Experience interpreting marketing and sales data to grow revenue funnels
    • Bachelor's degree in business or related field (MBA preferred)
    Soft Skills:

    Compensation:

    In-Year Cash: Competitive base salary + percentage of annual distributions
    Long-Term Incentive: Percentage-based performance bonus tied to 5-year growth objectives
