    Are you a visionary leader ready to take the next step into company ownership and executive leadership?

    We’re conducting a nationwide search for a driven, entrepreneurial professional to join a well-established, growth-ready manufacturing companies, with a succession plan to become President.

    This unique role is designed for someone ready to lead — not on day one, but after gaining full knowledge of the company’s operations, products, markets, and people. You’ll work directly with the current owner and leadership team to learn the business from the ground up, with the clear objective of assuming full executive leadership.

    This is an in-person role based at our manufacturing facility.

    Some overnight travel is required to visit key customers, vendors, industry partners, etc.

    What We're Looking For

    Candidates should bring one of the following strengths:

    Technical/Industry Experience in:

    Film converting

    Specialty materials or flexible packaging

    OR Business Growth & Innovation Experience:

    Proven success launching new products or entering new markets

    Strong business development, commercialization, or product management background

    Experience in small manufacturing environments a plus

    Preferred Qualifications

    Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field and/or MBA or equivalent experience in strategic business leadership

    10+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing, operations, product development, or technical sales

    Proven leadership and cross-functional management capabilities

    Strong communication and decision-making skills

    Entrepreneurial mindset and long-term vision

    Experience managing senior level staff
