    Brand President – Special Strong

    Lead a fast-growing national fitness franchise into its next stage of explosive growth. Special Strong is expanding nationwide and preparing for major scale—from 25 to 100+ locations in the next 1–2 years. We’re looking for a Brand President who can drive growth, elevate operations, and lead a high-performance franchise system. This role owns brand performance end-to-end: revenue, profitability, franchisee success, and systemwide excellence.

    Compensation

    Base Salary: $150,000–$200,000

    Performance Bonuses: Based on system growth, profitability, and operational metrics

    What You’ll Lead

    Develop and execute the growth strategy to expand into new markets

    Strengthen brand standards, positioning, and customer experience across all location

    Oversee core divisions: operations, marketing, development, training, technology, and franchisee support

    Build and scale systems, processes, and platforms that improve unit economics and efficiency

    Drive franchise performance using KPIs, dashboards, and data-driven reviews

    Support new franchisees through onboarding, openings, and early profitability

    Mentor senior leaders and build a culture of speed, accountability, and results

    Evaluate partnerships, innovations, and new revenue opportunities\

    Report directly to the CEO with clear insights and recommendations

    What We’re Looking For

    10+ years in senior leadership roles within franchising or multi-unit operations

    Proven success scaling a franchise brand or large multi-unit organization

    Strong command of KPIs, financial modeling, and operational execution

    Elite communication, leadership, and decision-making skills

    EOS Integrator experience preferred

    Fitness, wellness, or service-industry background a plus

    Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred\
