Presidential Pools of Florida is a custom luxury pool builder in Central Florida who specializes in luxury residential and commercial pools, in-ground spas, custom fountains, outdoor kitchens, grills, fire-pits and much more. We provide an unmatched "White Glove" service from start to finish that leaves customers with a resort in their own backyard. We make their dreams a reality.

Presidential Pools of Florida is looking for a HUNGRY, DRIVEN sales professional to join our amazing team. We offer training for our sales team, an amazing commission structure, opportunities for overages, and more! This position is only for motivated individuals!

LOCATION: On the road

POSITION TYPE: Full-Time

RATE: 100% Commission, rate depends on experience (salary + commission is also an option)

WHAT YOU WOULD DO:

• Conduct “Design Consultation” where the salesperson meets with customers and explains the features and merits of pool ownership.
• After assessing customer needs and expectations, designs and recommends a backyard pool utilizing professional pool design software.
• Conducts immediate and scheduled follow up appointments.
• Conduct “Design Presentation” where the salesperson presents Company, provides differentiation and explains the process of building a pool to customers using presentation binder.
• Provide a completed contract packet to business manager for approval.
• Build referral relationships.
• Create and maintains change orders for customers.
• Exceed customer expectations.

WHAT WE NEED:

• MINIMUM 2 YEARS SALES EXPERIENCE in swimming pool or general construction
• Motivated and Energetic attitude
• Team Player
• College Degree (Preferred)
• US Work Authorization
• Valid Drivers License
• A vehicle to drive to and from appointments and our showroom
