You will learn to take orders, prepare and serve hot/cold beverages, educate customers on our products, make recommendations based on their preferences, and up-sell special items. In addition, you will obtain knowledge of sanitation rules to comply with health and safety regulations.

Our customer's experience is most important to us. You must be able to greet the customer with an upbeat attitude and maintain professionalism.

Must be flexible with scheduling.

Duties are as follows, but are not limited to:

Comply with health and safety regulations

Greet customers as they enter - "Presotea Style"

Provide menu and answers regarding products

Take orders while paying attention to detail

Process payments via cash/credit cards/gift cards

Prepare toppings/beverages following recipes

Maintain and clean store

Clean equipment daily and report any maintenance needs
