Responsibilities

Operate heat press machines with accuracy and consistency.

Ensure shirts meet our high standards for alignment, color, and finish.

Inspect and package products for customers.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

Take initiative and manage tasks without constant supervision.

Qualifications

Self-starter with a strong sense of responsibility.

Maturity and reliability—we need someone who shows up and takes pride in their work.

Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions.

Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 30 lbs.

Team-oriented and dependable.

Experience in apparel printing or heat press operation preferred, but not required.
