Responsibilities of Full Time Customer Sales Representative:
Greets and assists customers in finding the perfect products and services to best fit them
Provide great customer service to build positive relationships for customers
Handle one-on-one sales presentations
Actively listens to customers to resolve problems and provide solutions
Promote and market clients’ brands, products and services
Develop clients’ product knowledge and of the competitors in the market place
Maintain professional image and demeanor at all times
Skills & Qualities Needed:
Problem solving skills to drive sales
Work efficiently and effectively solo and a part of a team
Proactively find ways to improve the customer experience
Adapts quickly to changing situations with energy and a positive attitude
Work experience- 1-2 years of retail experience is a plus but not mandatory
Outgoing and positive attitude
Friendly personality
