General Summary- EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Experienced RN needed for busy freestanding Emergency Room on 1604 and Shaenfield! $43 to $49 per hour, +benefits

Monitoring patient's condition and assessing their needs to provide the best possible care and advice. Observing and interpreting patient's symptoms and communicating them to physicians. Collaborating with physicians and ancillary healthcare staff to devise individualized care plans for patients.

Essential Job Responsibilities

Actively involved in the entire patient care process from registration through discharge. Performing all aspects of job duties, including patient care, medication administration, and laboratory proficiency without direct supervision. Employee must have ability to multitask, work well under pressure, have excellent communication skills, in-depth knowledge of patient care, exceptional time management skills, problem solving and critical thinking skills.

Required Education and Experience

• Must have 2 years experience in an emergency room setting (free-standing experience preferred)
• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
• Current RN licensure in good standing in the state of practice
• Evidence of current ACLS, PALS, BLS REQUIRED. (TNCC preferred)
