Busy plastic surgery practice facility in Miami is looking for experienced sales coordinators to join our team. The ideal candidate is highly motivated and capable of handling large volumes of patient calls and in person consultations. Some of the expected duties include but are not limited to:

• Answering new patient calls for booking
• Managing new + old leads
• Discussing surgical options with potential patients
• Guiding patients through the decision process
• Taking deposits and scheduling patients for surgery
• Sending patient documents in EMR System
• Diligently taking notes on each patient in their file
• Communicating with all departments in regards to patient changes/updates

Previous sales experience and knowledge in plastic surgery are required.
