We are PRESTIGE SCIENTIFIC, a firm specialized in assisting biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies by conducting executive searches to identify their future leaders in their company. Our firm partners with clients to identify, assess, and introduce some of the top pharmaceutical professionals in their respective fields. Those professionals go on to help our clients discover, and then bring to market, cutting edge therapeutics that help ease the lives of people living with a variety of diseases. You'll work closely with the Partners at Prestige to develop executive search strategies, evaluate potential candidates, recruit them, and assist in presenting them to our client companies.

Successful executive recruiters have come from various fields, but they are all great communicators. They are motivated by a desire to make every day better than the next. Bringing a positive attitude since we provide a professional service which involves communicating with, and influencing, people. Ability to communicate via phone, email, text, video conference, and social sites. Prior recruiting/executive search experience is not required, but the desire and willingness to learn is a must.
