We’re looking for talented QA Engineers who are expert in executing and automating system testing and are passionate about learning storage related technologies that are leading a cloud data center revolution.Along with QA, you will be responsible for working with product managers, back-end engineers, and our front-end/UI team on developing and testing the next generation management tools for the cloud. We love engineers who are mature, lead the charge, communicate clearly with other team members, and deliver consistent value in a quality product and user experience.This position is full-time on site.You will be working directly with our CTO and other senior engineers, in fast-paced, supportive team environment.

ABOUT THE JOB

• Develop, execute and automate tests to ensure product quality
• Design and implement tests, debug issues and define corrective actions
• Review system requirements and track quality assurance metrics
• Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
• Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
• Design, develop and execute automation scripts
• Perform thorough regression testing when defects are resolved
• Work with internal teams to identify system requirements
• Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies
• Strong attention to detail
• Must take product ownership and have a do what needs to be done attitude
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude are mandatory

WHAT YOU NEED

• 5+ years of relevant experience in software quality assurance and software development
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
• Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Hands-on experience with white box, black box and grey box testing
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools
• Experience with Linux
• BS/MS in computer science, engineering or a related subject or equivalent work experience
• Experience using Agile/Scrum process to develop software systems
• Ability to work quickly while maintaining strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and organizational skills with ability to thrive in fast-paced production deadline-driven environment both internal and client facing

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with Javascript, Node.JS, C/C++, shell scripting
• Storage/Cloud/Data Center experience
