    • Starting range $65+/hr, DOE

    As a SharePoint Developer, you will play a crucial role in the migration project from Classic to Modern sites, working closely with key stakeholders to understand their requirements, design modern site solutions, plan and execute the migration process, and lead user acceptance testing. This position requires a high level of expertise in SharePoint development, particularly in migrating from Classic Sites to Modern sites, as well as proficiency in Power Automate and Power Apps.


    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather requirements for modern site design and functionality.

    • Design modern site solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of each site collection.

    • Develop migration plans and strategies for transitioning content from Classic Sites to Modern sites while ensuring data integrity and minimal disruption to users.

    • Execute the migration process, including configuring site settings, migrating content, and verifying post-migration functionality.

    • Lead user acceptance testing sessions with stakeholders to ensure that migrated sites meet their expectations and requirements.

    • Provide training and support to users on utilizing the new Modern sites effectively.

    • Continuously monitor and optimize the performance and usability of Modern sites post-migration.

    • Document migration processes, best practices, and lessons learned for future reference.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

    • 5 years proven experience in SharePoint development, with a focus on migrating from Classic Sites to Modern sites.

    • In-depth knowledge of SharePoint Online architecture, features, and functionalities.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps for workflow automation and custom application development.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    • Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Online, Power Platform Fundamentals, or similar, are a plus.
