JOB OVERVIEW
The Student Coordinator is responsible for shepherding students and volunteers to find and follow Jesus.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Execute campus programming and carrying out student ministry vision in collaboration with Central PTSM staff
Create engaging and attractive environments that students want to be a part of
Deliver messages from stage with impassioned energy, clarity and authenticity
Pursue meaningful relationships with students and parents
Coach students and leaders take their next right step in their faith
Equip and support parents as the primary spiritual influence in their students' lives
Recruits, shepherds, and leads PTSM volunteer team
Champion the Lead Small principles: Be Present, Create a Safe Place, Partner with Parents, Make It Personal, and Move them Out

Small group leadership and/or student ministry experience preferred
