Middle School Worship Leader

JOB OVERVIEW

Leads PTSM middle school worship weekly

Oversees scheduling, training, and shepherding of band and vocalists

Creates a pipeline of student volunteer band members and vocalists

Leads rehearsals to prepare for weekly worship experience

Selects songs and works with programming and teaching components to create a unified worship experience

Partners with high school counterpart for student ministry wide events

Maintains integration across next gen ministry to build a kid that learns to worship over time

Participates in student ministry and next gen ministry all hands on deck meetings and events (PTSM staff meetings, Fam Min meetings, Orange Tour, HiDef, etc.)

QUALIFICATIONS

Prior worship leading ministry experience

Knowledge and experience with Planning Center application

Use of Ableton and Protools

Guitar and Keys

College degree preferred and/or relevant work experience

MINISTRY TEAM: NextGen Team, and Worship Team

REPORTS TO: Middle School and Young Adults Pastor
