JOB OVERVIEW

Recruit, schedule, and train TrailKids (ages birth – fifth grade) large group tech, online, and set design teams

Creates programming and slide support for in-person and online service, FXs, and milestone events

Oversees stage design and set development, including light design, stage effects, mic and tech upkeep and music videos for all theaters in all campuses

Strategize with Creative Arts Director on enhancements for weekend environments

Provides Social Media support with creative videos

Maintains and enhances online campus and YouTube channel

Proficient in digital media, including but not limited to, ProPresenter, Adobe Creative Cloud, all social media platforms

Ability to lead, recruit, and cast vision to volunteer teams of adults and students

College degree preferred

Organized, proactive, and detail oriented

High relationship IQ and people skills

Understands the creative process and creative people
