JOB OVERVIEW

Partner with specific Preston Trail Community Church ministry areas for a hands-on leadership and discipleship experience. Main priorities in this role are:

Learn, implement, execute and evaluate projects requiring creative thinking and problem-solving skills

Complete weekly leadership projects within your ministry area as well as produce an overall leadership project (discipleship experience, apologetics training, study of the Bible, etc.) for the benefit of others

Community outreach

Developing and leading teams of volunteers

Immersion in Preston Trail’s church culture

QUALIFICATIONS

Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain healthy relationships with supervisors, coworkers and volunteers

Self-aware with a high priority of spiritual maturity, self-discipline and strong personal work-ethic

Willingness to take the initiative to ask questions and solicit feedback

Have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ

Possesses the desire to grow as a disciple of Christ and ministry leader

Aligned with the mission and beliefs of Preston Trail Community Church

MINISTRY TEAMS: Equip, Children’s Family Ministry, Student’s Family Ministry, Adult Discipleship, Multi-Site General Ministry
