The Video Producer has a passion for creatively telling a compelling story through video, enjoys all phases of the filmmaking process, and is able to work efficiently to produce high-quality work in a fast-paced “newsroom” environment.

Experience and training in studio and field production (Lighting, audio, and camera work)
Capability to perform various tasks related to post-production (Editing and motion graphics)
Dialed into popular culture and able to draw inspiration from current trends, applying them to our purposes for maximum impact

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND OVERSIGHT
Produce thoughtful and innovative work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while managing multiple projects
Manage project responsibilities, ensuring timelines are adhered to and updates are properly communicated to all stakeholders associated with those projects
Produce drafts for review and make revisions based on feedback
Archive jobs/projects in a timely and organized manner
Shoot and distribute short-form video productions for use in worship, messages, and online content
Record, edit, and produce video/audio using 4K HD video cameras and recording equipment for worship, website, or other live events
Post-editing and advance knowledge of Final Cut, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe After Effects
Stay up to date on best practices and emerging trends in video and photography
Perform other duties when needed
