JOB OVERVIEW

Leads Preston Trail Student Ministry (PTSM) worship services weekly (Middle school Sunday mornings and High school Sunday nights)

Oversees scheduling, training, and shepherding of band and vocalists for MSM/HSN

Creates a pipeline of student volunteer band members and vocalists

Leads rehearsals to prepare for weekly worship experiences

Selects songs and works with programming and teaching components to create a unified worship experience

Leads PTSM worship team small group

Maintains integration across next gen ministry to build a student that learns to worship over time

Participates in student ministry and next gen ministry “all hands on deck” meetings and events (PTSM staff meetings, Orange Tour, HiDef, etc.)

Participates with worship team weekly and available as needed for staff and church wide events.

Prior worship ministry leading experience

Knowledge and experience with Planning Center Online

Use of Playback, Mainstage & ProPresenter

Instrumental proficiency (Guitar and Keys)

College degree preferred and/or relevant work experience
