Job Description
You’re ready to jump in and manage the front desk, including phone calls, texts and walk-ins, for Pretty Picky Properties, the Cape’s select vacation rentals leader. Respond to guest requests and direct them to the proper team member/department.
Ideally, you have a hospitality, sales and/or customer service background. You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written. You have exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
You’re self-motivated and self-sufficient, while having the confidence to seek guidance and direction as needed. You’re a multi-tasker and are comfortable working in an ever-changing environment, always maintaining a sense of urgency and sense of humor.
Basics:
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software
· Solid computer skills, including experience with Google software and cloud computing programs
· Compensation – commensurate with experience level
· Full time position – 40 hours/week or more, including weekends in the summer months
