    Position Summary:

    The Digital Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for identifying, researching, and establishing the bank web presence, including social media, online advertising, Search Engine Optimization, Search Engine Marketing, creating web materials and how it relates to providing a great customer experience. The Digital Marketing Coordinator will assist with developing marketing concepts, design marketing and advertising materials, product promotion, and materials for internal and external events to assist the marketing team and objectives.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Champion the creative suite / illustrator experience, by creating digital ads, social media ads/posts, and blogs.

    Serves as primary backup for graphic design content creation.

    Support and assist Prevail Bank with email marketing, marketing materials, online communication, website(s) and online presence to continually improve Return on Investment.

    Collaborate with Leadership and internal teams at all levels to bring positive ideas, efficiencies, and critical thinking to provide a great customer experience for our customers.

    Organize the social media program for the bank.

    Plan and carry out online promotions for digital opportunities.

    Design and copy for electronic materials for advertising (including but not limited to eStatement ads, online advertising, search engine materials, internal and external communications, etc.)

    Working and helping with event concept and materials for all events including home shows, trade shows, business expos.

    Creating and working with event materials with an educational focus

    Manage and maintain new projects as assigned.

    Establish and maintain a consistent brand image throughout all product lines, marketing activities, design and events.

    Ensure that messages are supportive of and consistent with marketing strategies.

    Perform other duties as required to fulfill the responsibilities of the position.

    Follow procedures and policies that ensure compliance with not only Bank policies and procedures, but also all applicable federal and state banking regulatory agency policies.

    Comply with bank standards for attendance and hours of work.

    Effectively work in a fast-paced team environment create positive impact on the bank.

    Qualifications

    Education/Experience:

    Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in marketing, business administration, finance, or related field is preferred, or experience in business marketing department.

    Prior banking experience a plus, but not required.

    Ability to effectively manage one’s time to complete work according to established deadlines. The ability to prioritize tasks to make the best use of time for high priority tasks.

    Must view oneself as part of an overall team. This includes supporting others throughout the entire bank to achieve the overall goals of the bank.

    Travel:
