Artesian Bottleless Water is seeking a full time Preventative Maintenance Tech for our Dallas-Fort Worth market

Artesian Bottleless Water is experiencing hyper growth right now. Our Executive Team has 70 years of combined experience to include a proven activity model and sales process that allows us to be the fastest organically growing company in our industry!

Preventative Maintenance Technician:

We are looking for an entry level Preventative Maintenance Tech to be based out of our DFW location - no formal experience necessary, just need to demonstrate the right attitude and ambition – we will train you. Ideally possess some basic construction knowledge and power tools experience – Must be ok with lots of driving. This position is responsible for simple troubleshooting, service and maintenance of bottleless water coolers and ice machines in client business environments.

Principal duties:

• Professionally greet and interact with business customers.
• May be required to fish water tubing thru walls and ceilings.
• Complete the assigned renewal maintenance work orders, and explain the functionality of the water and or ice systems and answer any customer questions.
• Complete service routes in an efficient manner.
• Communicate with your supervisor, customer service and other team members.
• Complete necessary paperwork.
• Perform all work in accordance with proper safety procedures and correct use of company equipment.

Requirements:

• Accredited high school diploma, business or trade school or GED required.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Must be willing to undergo a comprehensive background check.
• Excellent diagnostic, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Computer skills, including using MS Office and Excel.
• Some lift work necessary, up to 35 feet in elevation with a safety harness.
• Able to work independently yet be assertive to ask questions to accomplish job properly.
• Must have excellent customer service skills - we treat our customers with the best service around.

Physical Requirements:

• Lifting, pushing and pulling up to 100 lbs.
• Ascending and descending ladders.
• Working in small areas.
• Able to use hands and power tools.
