    Job Description

    USA Specialty Insurance dba Preventty is hiring Customer Service and Sales driven insurance representatives for our rapidly growing insurance agency. Our ideal candidate will support sales and profitability goals for new business policies, cross-sell opportunities, and customer service retention.     RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients
    • Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs
    • Resolve client inquiries and complaints
    • Expand business reach through networking techniques
    • Comply with insurance standards and regulations
    • Track and identify areas of improvement
    • Provide excellent customer service to new and existing clients
    • Building positive relationships with new and affiliated insurance companies
    • Processing Policy renewals, endorsements, and payments

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Insurance Sales Agent/Representative; customer service, or other related fields
    • Proficient in English & Spanish (REQUIRED), in addition to Portuguese __ (HIGHLY PREFERRED).
    • Licensed 220 or 440 Insurance Licensed (HIGHLY PREFERRED).
    • Ability to build rapport with clients.
    • Strong negotiation skills.
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask; fast paced and works well under pressure.
    • Ability to be a self-starter/self-motivated worker

    COMPANY/JOB OVERVIEW:

    • Full-time (40 hours a week) which could require additional hours of work when needed;
    • Non-Exempt (Hourly) role plus commission pay.
    • Competitive Paid Time Off Plan (PTO).
