SHOWROOM SALES DESIGN JOB DESCRIPTION

GENERAL PURPOSE

Performs inside sales for the Company in our Showroom and or Zoom appointments. To support our customer base with low voltage design for their new home. Low Voltage wiring and sales of home theater, surveillance cameras, CATV, audio Video, security alarm, etc.

MAIN JOB TASKS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

GENERAL SALES FUNCTIONS

· This position is exciting and fulfilling. You and the customer will design low voltage wiring throughout their home for a lifetime of use and enjoyment.

• Meet in person with customers and assist with our software in providing and designing their wiring locations throughout their home as it is being constructed.
• Zoom appointments from time to time when customer cannot come in

GENERAL KNOWLEDGE

• Basic understanding of our features is vital to sales; home theater, security cameras, CATV outlets, central vac, audio video, etc.
• Bilingual preferred

TRAINING – GENERAL SUPPORT FUNCTIONS

· How to choose outlet locations through our software on floor plans

· Field training of new construction in the field

· Video training available

· On hands training in showroom

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 4 + years experience in sales and customer service
• Knowledge in graphic design helpful
