In this role, you'll play a critical part in developing competitive, profitable pricing strategies that drive revenue growth and support our sales team's success across our 3PL network. You'll work at the intersection of pricing, operations, and carrier procurement, translating market data and carrier intelligence into commercially effective pricing recommendations. This position offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on our business performance while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain lane-specific pricing models using historical shipment data, carrier costs, market intelligence, network balance considerations, and multi-client demand patterns across our 3PL network
    • Analyze market trends, competitor pricing signals, and freight rate movements to inform strategic pricing recommendations that optimize network utilization and carrier relationships
    • Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Carrier Services teams to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely pricing submissions while managing multiple client requirements and service level agreements
    • Evaluate carrier rate inputs based on capacity availability, service requirements, historical performance data, and network capacity needs across the 3PL platform
    • Identify pricing opportunities—both offensive and defensive—based on strategic value, incumbent position, service expectations, and network optimization objectives
    • Prepare comprehensive pricing reports, variance analysis, and win/loss reviews for internal stakeholders, highlighting network performance and carrier economics
    • Support sales teams with clear pricing rationale, lane-specific selling points, and guidance during negotiations and bid reviews, ensuring alignment with 3PL network strategy
    • Maintain accurate records of pricing models, assumptions, contract terms, submission documentation, and carrier performance metrics across the network
    • Continuously refine pricing tools, processes, and methodologies based on market feedback, 3PL network performance results, and operational insights
    • Manage multiple concurrent pricing projects and deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail in a multi-client 3PL environment
  • Qualifications
