    Professional Search Group OC is partnering with a well-established distribution company to identify a detail-oriented Assistant Pricing Coordinator. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, has strong Excel skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment supporting sales and pricing operations. The successful candidate will help maintain pricing accuracy, support internal sales teams, and contribute to continuous process improvements.

    This is a full-time, onsite opportunity. Current office located in Fullerton, with relocation to Anaheim in August.

    Assistant Pricing Coordinator Responsibilities

    • Maintain and update factory, administrative, and customer-specific pricing lists.
    • Ensure pricing databases remain accurate, organized, and up to date.
    • Provide timely pricing support to Inside Sales and Sales teams.
    • Assist with item setup, pricing discrepancies, and special pricing requests.
    • Coordinate updates to pricing information across multiple systems.
    • Identify opportunities to improve pricing processes and workflow efficiencies.
    • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure pricing consistency and data integrity.

    Assistant Pricing Coordinator Qualifications

    • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
    • Ability to analyze information and solve problems independently.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet management.
    • Strong mathematical aptitude, including pricing calculations and unit/currency conversions.
    • Previous experience in pricing, sales support, data coordination, or a similar administrative role is preferred.
