Pricing & Contracts Manager (Generics | Formulations) – Piscataway, NJ (On-site)
My client is a rapidly growing generic pharma company (U.S. sales & marketing affiliate of a global manufacturer) and is hiring a Pricing & Contracts Manager to own pricing strategy and contract execution across a formulations portfolio.
What you’ll do
Build pricing strategies for new + existing products (market/competitive analysis)
Draft, review, negotiate, and manage customer/supplier/partner contracts (renewals + amendments)
Run pricing & sales analytics, financial models, and profitability assessments
Ensure compliance with pharma regulations and internal policies
Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Finance; train internal teams as needed
What we’re looking for
5+ years in pricing/contracts/financial analysis in pharma (formulations required)
Strong analytics + negotiation skills; advanced Excel (SQL a plus)
Familiarity with ERP + contract management tools
Able to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
U.S. citizen or permanent work authorization required
