    Job Description

    CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE needed for a clothing distributor located in Irvine.

    Temporary to Hire opportunity. Part-time, fully-remote position paying $18/hr. Looking for someone that can work 3-4 days/week, 8 hours per day, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Must be flexible to work when necessary. Must have own computer equipment.

    The Customer Service Associate is responsible for handling all online customer inquiries. The ideal candidate has prior experience and is comfortable in a variety of customer service situations with experience in Shopify and Gorgias.

    DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

    • Handle all customer inquiries via online systems, email and ticketing platform.
    • Support and promote the brand through positive customer interactions.
    • Ensure positive customer service is top priority.
    • Follow scripts and training documents to ensure accurate and consistent responses to customer inquiries.
    • Escalate any customer inquiries that cannot be resolved.
    • Ensure leadership is informed of any trending customer inquiries to possibly solve for.
    • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • KNOWLEDGE OF SHOPIFY AND GORGIAS (CUSTOMER SERVICE SOFTWARE) IS A MUST.
    • High School Diploma or GED required.
    • Prior online customer service experience required.
    • Must have own computer equipment.
    • Computer knowledge a must.
    • Attention to detail.
    • Able to work independently with little supervision.
    • Must have personal computer and home internet.
