PrideStaff Financial is looking for the best of the best of Accounts Receivable Specialists for a temporary to hire!

There is a chance for conversion depending on performance and how the team looks at the end of the assignment.

This position is 100% onsite for training and then hybrid.

Pay: $20-22.50/hr.

JOB DUTIES :

• Receive daily lockbox deposits
• Timely, accurate posting of payments
• Balancing posted batches to reports
• Balancing closing registers daily
• Handling customer service calls regarding account status and/or payments
• Respond to requests from various departments

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE :

• 3-5 years in an Accounts Receivable role.
• Excel- intermediate level
• Must be able to multi-task, with excellent organizational abilities & attention to detail
• Enthusiastic, can work at a fast pace
• Must be a quick leaner, and easily adapt to change
• Strong communication and exceptional interpersonal skills; be a team player
• Excellent PC Computer Skills, including MS Excel, MS Outlook, and data entry
• Good math skills, including ability to use a 10 key by touch
• High School Diploma
