    CSR LEAD - PARTS AND TECHNICAL SERVICE

    This technical customer service role is with a growing support team (a provider of water filtration systems), and they are looking for someone that has excellent customer service skills, technical experience, and ideally also some warehouse experience. This is a great opportunity to join a progressive company with a career path to become the Service Manager for the right candidate!

    This is a full-time, Mon - Fri role and the pay is up to $25.00 per hour DOE.

    JOB OVERVIEW:

    • Working directly with clients / customers to answer their technical questions regarding the filtration systems
    • Supporting the Field Technicians with assignments (This role might grow into also supervising the Field Technicians)
    • Answers and/or parts management
    • Parts ordering and logistics
    • Invoice and billing
    • Support the flow of products through the warehouse
    • Inventory management.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • 2-4 years’ experience in a similar position
    • Excellent customer service experience
    • Excellent communication (verbal and written)
    • Be very organized and detail oriented
    • Able to build relationships with new and current clients / customers
    • Technical experience, preferably in mechanical assembly
    • Warehouse and Parts management
    • Parts ordering and invoicing experience
    • Logistics and scheduling a plus
    • Inventory control experience
    • Good computer skills
    • QuickBooks experience a plus for data entry and invoice/billing reports
    • Highschool degree or GED (Associate Degree or advanced degree a plus in related fields.)
    • High work ethics
    • Must be able to be on the phone and enter information into different software systems
    • Able to help out in the warehouse from time to time (walk and lift/pull boxes)
    • Reliable transportation to the Miramar /Sorrento Valley area.
