Job Description
_ Service Sales Representative_ needed for a company that services alarms in Signal Hill.
Direct Hire position paying $65-75K base plus commission and benefits including 401K plan, health insurance, paid holiday and sick leave and paid vacation time.
The primary focus of this position is to cultivate new and existing relationships with company that need services and testing of commercial Fire Alarm systems. Contact existing clients to maintain good working relations on a regular basis and provide proposals for Annual Inspections, Monitoring of Systems and Repairs services as necessary. Additionally be actively searching and cultivating new business within
commercial markets of focus where company currently services.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Communication with Existing Clients
Cultivation of New clients in strategic market areas
Prepare proposals for Inspections, Monitoring & Repair Services
Participate in Conventions & Show where company advertises services.
Manage work log and documentation of sales to Accounting departments.
Qualifications:
Must have experience in Sales in a service industry.
Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
Good Organizational skills
Clear and precise organizational skills
Responsible and detail oriented
Self-Starter
Always present a professional appearance and demeanor
Motivated to learn and continue education in chosen field.
Bilingual is a plus.
