    Job Description

    Office and Billing Coordinator $55-65K/ Year Fairfax, Va QB proficiency required High Volume AR / Invoicing experience required Duties will include: - General administrative support - Billing/accounts payable; collections; inventory; maintaining employee data base; - Generating monthly invoices to clients; - recording accounts receivables; - Tracking and analyzing monthly supply expenditures; and - other related administrative matters to support operations staff. Must have excellent computer skills and intimate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access). Require working knowledge of QuickBooks. Solid working understanding of bookkeeping, accounting/billing. Must have strong organizational skills, a mind for critical thinking and troubleshooting, strong attention to detail and have the ability to work independently and in a team.
