FIELD SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE

The Field Support Representative(FSR) is responsible for managing the training functions and implementing strategic policies for new and resale PrideStaff franchise offices throughout their first year in business. The FSR will execute PrideStaff’s operations training efforts via workshops, one-on-one sessions and on-the-job training. The FSR will deliver a training development plan complete with materials, tutorials, instructions, and learning resources such as online modules & guides. The ideal candidate is a confident public speaker and a devoted educator who is up to date on the latest tools & resources needed to improve employee training & performance. The ideal candidate will facilitate group learning by sharing best practices. All travel expenses will be covered by PrideStaff, Inc. This position reports directly to the Opening Office Vice President, Field Consultant.
JOB DESCRIPTION HARD SKILLS:
2+ years of staffing industry recruiting experience
2+ years of experience coaching/teaching/training/mentoring
Ability to travel (air/rental car/hotel) for up to 6 days.
Experience working with an ATS or CRM
Type 45+ WPM
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Working knowledge of Bullhorn S
Working knowledge of Excel
Working knowledge of Google Docs/Sheets
REQUIRED:
2+ years of Recruiting experience

COMPENSATION:
This is an hourly position with the possibility of overtime due to travel times. Also, the bonus is based upon offices that the FSR supports meeting certain financial goals.
