    LOCATION: Angleton, TX 77515

    PAY: $16+/hr DOE

    TYPICAL HOURS: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

    PrideStaff is expanding in the Houston Gulf Coast area to meet the demand for administrative, clerical, and light industrial professionals. Recruiting Assistants within PrideStaff are part of a sales, recruiting and placement team, and focus specifically on administrative, clerical, and light industrial recruitment and client development. PrideStaff Recruiting Assistants benefit from creating outstanding experiences with clients and job seekers through sales and recruiting efforts, and successfully matching talented professionals with top companies in the area.

    RECRUITING ASSISTANT - PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Answer incoming telephone calls
    • Data Entry into Bullhorn CRM
    • Phone screens and administer applications as well as assessments
    • Auditing and entering time cards
    • Provide great customer service
    • Schedule candidates for assessment and interview.
    • Process employment verifications and documents in the applicant tracking system
    • Perform other related duties as deemed necessary by the Strategic-Partner

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.     EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

    • BA is preferred but can be substituted for a similar experience
    • HS Diploma or GED is required for all employees
    • Ability to type 50 WPM
    • Satisfactory computer literacy in Word, Excel and email software
