Job Description
Our Dallas client is hiring for a Customer Service Supervisor to serve as a key team member in the coaching and motivating of call center representative. The Supervisor will be directly involved in the hiring and training processes and providing ongoing inspiration to ensure expectations are being met within the call center team! This role is 100% onsite and offers a team oriented environment. PTO and Vacation time, 10 paid Holidays, and benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision & more! Compensation : $21-29/hr DOE Responsibilities: * Ensure representatives have skills to perform role efficiently and effectively. * Positively motivate representatives with the company mission in mind. * Assign tasks and appropriate shifts to representatives to manage the workload division. * Recruit and train new employees. * Coach, counsel, mentor, and train representatives. * Communicate job expectations. * Perform evaluations and provide recommendations to leadership. * Live monitoring of recorded calls to ensure quality standards are being met. * Ensures adherence to schedules to provide exemplary service to clients and customers. * Recommend process implementation and improvements. * Handle escalation calls as needed. * Other duties as assigned. Qualifications * High School Diploma or GED equivalent, Bachelor's Degree preferred * 2+ years experience working in a call center environment * Proven ability to manage daily call center operations * Ability to handle all levels of service * Experience developing and implementing training programs * Microsoft Office proficiency * Excellent problem solving, leadership, and customer service skills * Self-motivated * Analytical, efficient, and thorough PrideStaff (North Dallas location) is a locally-owned staffing & placement firm with a strong reputation as a fun-loving, quality-focused service provider.
