An established telecommunications equipment company in Rancho Santa Margarita is looking for an individual with extraordinary interpersonal skills who is ready to be a successful, customer-oriented sales professional. Bring your professional demeanor and friendly attitude to create new customer relationships in the growing telecommunications industry. We want you to grow with us and there is the potential for a performance-based commission plan. Starting pay ranges from $18 to $24/hour, based on experience. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity and the hours 8 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

    RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

    • Ensure each customer’s needs are exceeded every day
    • Develop and maintain new and existing customer relationships through personal contact and planned individual account support
    • Initiate discussions via telephone and secure meetings with potential partners and new accounts
