A fast-growing Financial & Retirement Planning firm in Laguna Niguel is looking for an inciteful and innovative Sales Assistant/ Appointment Setter. This position is great for the transition into a Financial Advisor. Our client is not just looking for someone who wants a day job, but rather looking for someone who wants to be a part of building a successful company that others envy where we ask our self-daily how best to serve our clients. This position is the first voice to potential clients. THIS IS NOT COLD CALLING, however, you will be establishing connections with prospects to set appointments for a Financial Advisor. You will be calling, interested, and screened individuals who attend the company’s workshops, webinars, and or fill out requests to be contacted. We are looking for someone who is friendly, punctual, well-intentioned, interested & competent. In your conversations find out what their specific needs are, generate interest, ask questions & schedule appointments with the Financial Advisor whose presentation they attended. The hours are 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM. The salary is competitive ($15 to $25 an hour) and based on experience, with a significant portion of your income based around a bonus structure of setting qualified appointments and deals that close. The expected bonus and commission from this position is unlimited, and a minimum expectation is $28,000 annually. SALES ASSISTANT / APPOINTMENT SETTER PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Educating clients on the importance of financially stable investment decisions.
    • Qualify leads
    • Setting Appointments
    • Understand and documentation of person's unique situation
    • Developing relationships
    • Requesting client documents
    • Managing prospect pipelines
    • Providing insight to the team on marketing, and client feedback.
    • You will manage appointment schedules, document & update client records in the CRM, send out requested documentation, manage marketing workflows & develop/maintain a knowledge base on the importance of sound wealth management.

    WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN THE IDEAL SALES ASSISTANT / APPOINTMENT SETTER CANDIDATE?

    • A degree in business, marketing, communications, & finance is a big plus, but not required.
    • We care more about your soft skills like Personality, Honesty, Integrity, Curiosity, Self-awareness, & Personal Accountability than your educational background.
    • Someone who loves talking to people & wants to work with a well-intentioned group of people who put their client's interest first and have a love or a curiosity for finance and wealth management.
