ACCOUNTING MANAGER for manufacturer/distributor located in the Santa Ana CA area.
This is a Temporary to Hire position with Full-Time hours, Monday-Friday. May require Overtime at certain times during accounting cycle; must be available for Overtime. Pay $80-120K/yr depending on experience and degree. Company will complete drug screen prior to start.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position is responsible for managing all areas of the Accounting department
Supervise approximately 3 to 5 employees
Will report to the owner of the company
Communicate with employees and customers in-person, as well as virtually and via email, conveying answers regarding account information and payment status
Work alongside internal departments, including Warehouse staff, to meet the customers' needs
Database management and Internal Account Auditing
Maintain and file information for customer accounts and sales representatives
QUALIFICATIONS:
Min 5 years as an Accounting Manager, preferably in the manufacturing/distribution industry and who has done supervision
Intermediate/Advanced Computer skills; MS Office and ability to learn new/proprietary software
Accurate typing at 45+ wpm
Accurate numeric/10-Key skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and be well organized
Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve
Detail-oriented with good follow though
Essential duties will require standing or walking approximately10%, and sitting approximately 90% of the time
Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 15 lbs for up to a distance of 300 feet
