CLIENT CARE REPRESENTATIVE

PAY RATE: up to $48,000/yr

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Support the sales process by taking customers through initial inquiry, quote process, and order finalization
• Convert customer requests to accurate price quote utilizing ERP system to assess product cost and delivery windows
• Receive inbound calls and emails, respond to resolve customer inquiries and requests
• Represent the company by presenting an exceptional sales and service experience
• Any and all other duties as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Attitude is #1! Qualified candidates must be prepared to wear multiple hats and provide support in all areas of operation.
• Experience working with ERP systems a plus, XTUPLE experience an added bonus.
• Understanding of fundamentals of client care.
