    Job Description

    A well-established, highly respected consulting firm based out of South Orange County is seeking a sharp and reliable HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST / RECRUITER to join their team. This role will be responsible for a variety of Human Resources needs which will focus on full-cycle recruiting benefits administration, recruiting, onboarding, staff training, annual reviews, and other functions of the HR team

    This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to expand their professional development in a challenging yet rewarding environment. This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity with pay starting at $65,000-$80,000/year.

    HR GENERALIST RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Support Recruiting function with scheduling, skills and candidate assessment administration, resume management, job description support, career fair support, candidate communication, and helping to build candidate database (HR Bench).
    • Work with the HR Team to administer the Annual Review Process by managing schedules, organizing feedback surveys to ensure completion, and working with other teams to ensure Annual Review data and packets are accurate and prepared in a timely fashion.
    • Help administer the Onboarding and Staff Training functions of the company through tracking and updating training materials and seeking continual improvements to systems and processes.
    • Benefits administration to help support HR Team during Open Enrollment and investigate and provide solutions for employee support regarding medical/dental/vision coverage issues.
    • Prepare payroll by ensuring deductions, mileage, and employee billing timesheets are accurate.
    • Work with other teams to ensure proper communication and execution of HR initiatives.
    • Provide day-to-day office support such as mailings, ordering supplies, company event planning, vendor relationships, employee travel, and remote office support.
    • Provide additional support to technical projects and staff, Proposals Team, Accounting Team, and Marketing Teams as needed, and as time allows.

    HR GENERALIST QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, English, Psychology, or relevant major required - from an accredited university with a minimum GPA of 3.5; GPA will be verified.
    • 5-8 years minimum work experience in Human Resources, Executive Support/Assistant, Business Administration and/or other related business operational support.
    • Knowledge of basic Human Resources or Business Administration functions.
    • Solid organizational skills including the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work independently.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication.
    • Ability to think critically and develop solutions.
    • Advanced computer applications and strong Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access abilities.
    • Knowledge of HR software systems required (PayCor Preferred).
